Loved the happy hour with complimentary drinks, such a lekker way to wind down after exploring! Must say, the breakfast spread was proper, especially all the warm pastries and eggs. The staff were super friendly, making everything feel chill instead of rushed.
The shower pressure was a bit weak, but it wasn't a dealbreaker at all.

Helpful staff during my stay.
The $500 smoking fine was outrageous and left me frustrated. I couldn't smoke on the balcony or anywhere away from the entrance, making it highly inconvenient. The designated area was poorly positioned, forcing me to walk through smoke-filled paths just to enter the hotel.
